My higher education:

  • MA (joint honours) degree in Russian and Greek (Glasgow University); subjects included sociology, psychology and classical art
  • postgraduate diploma in librarianship and information studies (Robert Gordon’s Institute of Technology)

I have also studied typographical design (West Herts College) and copywriting (Publishing Training Centre). I became an advanced member of the Society for Editors and Proofreaders in 2002.
